It is that time again…time to gather for a day of meetings with the Crown and your Kingdom officers! We will be sharing ideas and having open discussions on things affecting our kingdom. If being an officer is something you have thought about, come and learn the processes involved. We invite you all to attend!
We will be meeting at Pine Tree High School located at 1005 W Fairmont in Longview, Texas. Site will open at 8:00 am and close at 5:00 pm. There is no site fee or feast but a continental breakfast will be served from 8:00 am to 9:00 am. A sideboard lunch will be served at noon. No smoking inside the buildings. Pets are not permitted. Site is dry.

Directions:
From Dallas:
I-20 to Kilgore. Take the Hwy 31 exit to the left (north) towards Longview. In Longview, Hwy 31 will curve to the left and becomes Spur 63 (McCann Road). Continue approx. 1 mile to Fairmont, turn left. Continue on Fairmont; cross Bill Owens Parkway, Gilmer Road, & HG Moseley Parkway. High School will be on the right.
From Houston:
Hwy 59 North to Nacogdoches. Take US-259 N toward Henderson. In Henderson, turn right onto US-259 / US-79. Continue to follow US-259 N. Stay straight to go onto Hwy 31. In Longview, Hwy 31 will curve to the left and becomes Spur 63 (McCann Road). Continue approx. 1 mile to Fairmont, turn left. Continue on Fairmont; cross Bill Owens Parkway, Gilmer Road, & HG Moseley Parkway. High School will be on the right.
From Eastern OK:
Take Indian Nations Tollway south to Hwy 271 in Hugo. Stay on Hwy 271 to Hwy 300 in Gilmer. Turn left (southeast). Continue on Hwy 300 into Longview where 300 turns into Gilmer Road. Stay on Gilmer Road to HG Moseley. Turn right. Go to Fairmont. Turn right. High school will be on the right.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. They may also attend with a 21 year old or older adult with a signed and notarized Minor Event Waiver Form from the parents.
